Frugal Smoked Mackerel Pate

Smoked Mackerel (packet)
Plain Yoghurt x 2 to 3 tablespoons
Cream Cheese x 125 g
Juice of half a lemon

Remove skin and bones from Mackerel, break into pieces and put all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz round until all broken up but not too fine.

NOT SO FRUGAL!!
Add half a pack of Tesco Smoked Salmon Trimmings before whizzing around. Gives slightly stronger flavour.
